Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders across India.

  • If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes across India.

Roop Avatar reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate before placing your order.

Roop Avatar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

International Shipping

Currently, Roop Avatar ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
