At Roop Avatar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, and accessories (if any).

  • An unboxing video is required for any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used hair care products.

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.

  • Items returned after the 5-day return period.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you to collect your bank account details for the refund.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets our return eligibility criteria.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Roop Avatar will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
